HOW TO ENTER: No purchase necessary. Please answer the question above and enter your E-mail address then press submit button. This sweepstakes begins on August 14, 2007 at 12:00AM PST and ends on August 20, 2007 at 11:59PM Pacific Time (the "Entry Period"). Only the first entry received from a particular individual will count; subsequent attempts to enter will be disqualified. ELIGIBILITY: This drawing is open only to legal residents of the United States, 21 years of age or older at time of entry, with valid e-mail addresses submitted, and only where permissible by local law. Online entrants must have Internet access as of August 14, 2007 at 12:00AM PST. Employees and their immediate families, including household members, of ZipZoomfly, its parent, affiliates, and divisions are not eligible to participate or win.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: All entries become the property of ZipZoomfly. By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements. By entering this sweepstakes, you consent to ZipZoomfly's use of your name for promotional purposes, including online announcements, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. Neither ZipZoomfly, its parent, nor its respective affiliates, divisions, or any telephone network or service providers are responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software, inability to access any Web site or online service, or any other error or malfunction. Your email address will only be used for the purposes of entry into this drawing, unless you have signed up for the ZipZoomfly newsletter, which you may remove yourself from the newsletter list at any time. Every newsletter you receive will be accompanied by clear instructions on how to remove yourself from the list.

PRIZES: Five (5) Canon PowerShot SD1000 Digital Camera. Approximate retail value of this prize (per unit) is $249.99. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period. All taxes are the sole responsibility of the winners. No prize substitution, cash substitution, or assignment or transfer of prizes is permitted, except by ZipZoomfly for reason of unavailability in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. DRAWING: The prize winners will be determined by a random drawing from all eligible entries received during Entry Period. The approximate drawing date is August 24th 2007. An independent judge whose decisions are final with respect to all aspects of the sweepstakes shall conduct the random drawing.

Each winner will be notified by e-mail only. Each winner is required to sign an affidavit of eligibility/publicity and liability release, and return it properly executed, within 30 calendar days of attempted notification as a condition of awarding the prize. If prize notification is returned as undeliverable or the winner fails to return the affidavits and release as specified, the winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected. If, in ZipZoomfly's opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the sweepstakes, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the sweepstakes, ZipZoomfly reserves the right to terminate the sweepstakes and conduct a random drawing to award the prize using all entries received as of the termination date. Any attempt to deliberately damage the content or operation of this sweepstakes is unlawful and subject to legal action by ZipZoomfly or its agents.

GENERAL: This sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state, and local laws. Void where prohibited. The winner agrees that ZipZoomfly, its parent, affiliates and employees shall not be liable for injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from participating in this sweepstakes or from the acceptance or use of any prize awarded. ZipZoomfly reserves the right to verify eligibility qualifications of any winner. U.S. law governs this sweepstakes.
