After clicking the "Submit Order" button on the final page of checkout, you will automatically be taken to a page summarizing your order. You may print out that page as a receipt.
You can view a summary of any previous order by entering the "Member Center" (via the Customer Service tab). Once inside, click on "Order Status/Tracking."
Ordering over the phone
If you are placing your order over the phone and don't have access to a computer, ask the customer service representative who is helping you for a receipt. We can either fax it or mail it to you.
If you've already placed the order, and didn't get a receipt, send us an email at service@ZipZoomfly.com. Include your name, order number, phone number, and fax number or address.
