Rebate Guide

Any active rebates available on ZipZoomfly can be found in our Rebate Center. There are two types of rebates: Mail-in-Rebates and Instant Rebates.

Mail-in-Rebates

Mail-in-Rebates require rebate forms that are generally not included in the product's package. If a Mail-in-Rebate is available, the rebate form will be posted on the product's information page. Make sure to download the rebate form if you intend to take advantage of the rebate.
In most instances, manufacturers will require three things to process your rebate request. Please make a copy of all items for your own records.

1) The Sales Receipt / Invoice. This is the order confirmation you receive after you purchase the item and successfully complete your transaction. If multiple items are on the receipt, please circle the one(s) that you are submitting a rebate request for. The manufacturer may or may not accept a photocopy of the receipt, so make sure you read the details on the rebate form. The Invoice may also be needed to process your rebate request. An invoice can be obtained by signing into your ZipZoomfly account, clicking on Order Status/Tracking, then clicking on the order number of the item you're claiming.

2) The Completed Rebate Form. Depending on the rebate offer instructions, you will either need to download this from the product's information page or fill it out electronically. Make sure you fill out the form legibly. If multiple products share one rebate form, make sure to mark on the form the product that applies to your rebate request. Make sure you carefully read and follow the instructions on how to claim the rebate.

3) The Original UPC Code / Product Label Sticker. Depending on the rebate offer instructions, you will either need to carefully cut the UPC code from the actual box or remove the Product Label Sticker from the product's packaging. Rebate Centers will not allow a photocopy of the UPC Code or the Product Label Sticker. Please note that items with UPC Code or Product Label Sticker missing from the product's packaging cannot be accepted for returns at ZipZoomfly.

All questions regarding rebates with Offer Code starting with ZZF (ie: ZZF-5001) must be directed to the Rebate Center. ZipZoomfly Customer Service will not be able to assist you with questions pertaining to your rebate claim. Instant Rebates

Instant Rebates are offered much less frequently on ZipZoomfly than are Mail-in-Rebates. Instant Rebates are also much easier to understand. To take advantage of an Instant Rebate, simply add the qualifying item to your shopping cart and check out with it as you would any other item. The rebate is automatically applied to your final check-out price, and no further action is required on your part.

Requirements for both Mail-in and Instant Rebates vary from product to product. Please carefully read any specific information provided about a particular rebate.
