    Order Status Terminology

    When you check the status of your order in the "Member Center" ("My Account" tab), you'll see one of four terms listed. Here is further explanation of what those terms mean.

    PROCESSING

    Processing your order involves verifying your account information and authorizing your credit card. Most orders in this status can still be cancelled. Exceptions occur when processing is in fact complete, but order status has not yet been updated on the website.

    Please be aware that most orders require 1 business day processing time and are shipped out the following day (weekdays only). Not all orders can be processed within one business day, but we try our best. Shipments via UPS Ground often require an additional day processing time.

    PACKING

    This stage involves the following:

    • Receiving any items in your order that need to come from other locations.
    • Performing live testing on products that require it.
    • Packing your order for shipment.

    The packing stage is an indication that your order will be shipping soon, or may have already been shipped. You can expect a tracking number at the end of the day via email.

    Please Note! Orders in this status CANNOT be cancelled, unless the item is on backorder. Click here for more information on Backorders.

    BACKORDER

    If an item is unexpectedly backordered, it will be reflected in your order?s item status. You will receive a notification within 1-2 business day(s) of the date you placed your order when we anticipate the additional stock. If you wish to cancel your backordered item, please contact our Customer Service Department. If we receive a request to cancel your item or do not anticipate additional stock with in two (2) weeks, we may cancel the item and issue a refund for the backorder item.

    SHIPPED

    Your order has been shipped. A tracking number will be provided shortly, if it has not been already. In the "Member Center" (My Account tab) you can use your tracking number(s) to find out where your package is, and how soon to expect it.

    CANCELLED

    The most likely reason you would see this order status term is because you requested that we cancel your order. However, orders containing products with special restrictions that have not been met may be cancelled. In addition, if we email you regarding a problem with your order, but do not hear back from you within 2 weeks, we will cancel the order.

    Please Note: ZipZoomfly reserves the right to limit or cancel orders for any reason, including to protect our customers and ourselves against fraud. Orders may be cancelled whenever there is doubt as to the accuracy, truth or validity of information supplied by shoppers.
