    Missing Something from an Order

    Missing Item

    Products with different processing times are shipped separately based on when they are ready to go. If something is missing from your package, make sure all items in your order were shipped at the same time. To do this, check your packing slip, or the "Order Status/Tracking" section of the "Member Center".

    If you find that an item was inadvertently left out of your package, please accept our apologies. So that we can remedy the situation, please send us the email below, or call us at (510) 897-1890.
