Return policy & Conditions |
All returns are subject to ZipZoomfly's return policy. You have up to 30 days from the date the product was shipped to initiate a return, unless otherwise noted. After 30 days, all product returns must be handled directly by the manufacturer or warranty provider. For return policies regarding items not covered by the 30-day return period, read the "Special Exceptions" section below. Defective products, and products that are damaged upon arrival, can be returned for repair or replacement. |
Replacement of Damaged or Incorrect Order Items:If you received your shipment with incorrect or damaged items, please accept our sincere apologies. Provide us with the details of your purchase through our Contact Us Form, or call us at (510) 897-1890 so we can review the situation and issue a RMA for the item's return. 15 days |

CPU&s, Hard Drives, Memory and Monitors |
Return Period: Returns must be initiated within 15 days from the date the item is shipped.
Refund Amount: eligible for full refund minus 15% restocking fee.*
Eligibility: Overclocking or improper installation of CPU fans will cause CPUs to chip or burn. All chipped and burnt CPUs are considered physically damaged and are not eligible for replacement or refund. |

Request RMA |
All returns, replacements, and refunded orders must be accompanied by a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number.
To receive a RMA number, complete the RMA Request Form. All RMA numbers are valid for 10 days from the date of issuance. Please write your RMA number legibly on the return label or outside packaging.
Check your item's product page to find information regarding the products' warranty provider and any available warranty service. If ZipZoomfly is the warranty provider, obtain a RMA number from us by completing ZipZoomfly's RMA Request Form.
If a manufacturer or other third party is the warranty provider, you must obtain a RMA number from them. Your warranty provider's contact information is provided under the warranty section of your item's product description.
In all cases, you must have a RMA number.
Unless otherwise noted, warranty terms apply only to merchandise shipped within the USA.
Merchandise forwarded to other international locations may not be covered under the warranty. Please check with the manufacturer or warranty provider prior to purchase. |
Pack and Send Return |
Include your product and all original packaging, documentation and accessories with your return. All products must be returned in like-new condition. Returns must include any and all original UPC codes, serial numbers and bar codes to be eligible for refund.

Applicable Fees and Costs |
All returns must be shipped customer prepaid and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.*
Charges will be applied for all parts and accessories missing from your return.
Shipments that are refused without authorization, or that are returned to us because the address was invalid, are subject to a restocking fee* of 15% plus applicable shipping and handling fees. |

Items are repaired or replaced with an identical item. ZipZoomfly will not substitute your items, or replace your item with a different or 'similar' item. |
