By paying with a credit card, you authorize ZipZoomfly to charge your credit card for the total amount of your order including shipping and any applicable sales tax. Your credit card will be charged when your order is processed. All orders are payable on demand in US dollars.

PayPal

Submit PayPal payments through the ZipZoomfly ordering process to ensure your order release. Your shipping address must match the confirmed PayPal address, including all punctuation and abbreviations.

Bill me later

Apply when you buy! Just choose Bill Me Later? at checkout and provide easy, top-of-mind information - in a few easy steps you're done. You get a monthly statement listing all of your Bill Me Later? purchases. You have the option to manage your account and pay your bill online. Pay in full with no additional charges or make minimum monthly payments (interest charges apply) - the choice is yours.

Electronic Check

Maximum purchase amount is $1500.
Payments made through your checking account take five business days for processing, from the order submission date. The eCheck must clear before the shipment is released, typically 5-7 business days.

For all Other Checks

(Cashier's Check, Company Check, Personal Check & Money Order)
Payment instructions are located on the Order Summary / Receipt page, after the order submission stage. This may take at least 5-10 business days for processing, regardless of the type of check used. Checks issued outside of California may require longer processing time. Product availability may be affected by this delay. Check refunds may take up to five business days for processing.

Wire Transfer

Please contact a customer service representative at (510) 897-1890 to obtain the bank information to make your transfer and have your order number ready.
Wire transfers are released for shipment upon verification from our bank. To ensure prompt and accurate application of payment, please add your order number to your payment. Change in product availability may occur during this stage, so please contact a customer service representative as soon as possible to process your order.

Price Adjustments & Matching

Because we are confident in the competitiveness of our prices, we do not offer price adjustments or price matching.

Resellers & Sales Tax

ZipZoomfly charges sales tax for all shipments within California. The tax rate varies from county to county within California.
Reseller purchases are not subject to sales tax. Fax us your California Resale Certificate and a legible copy of your reseller permit immediately after placing your order to redeem your reseller benefits. Our fax number is (510) 360-9611. Please indicate your order number on the fax. Avoid re-faxing your certificate and permit in the future, by logging into the same account each time you shop with us. Electronic Waste Recycling Fee

As of January 1, 2005, ZipZoomfly is required by the State of California to collect an Electronic Waste Recycling Fee for sale of certain new or refurbished televisions, computer monitors, laptop computers, and other devices. This fee is administered by the Electronic Waste Recycling Fee Section of the Board of Equalization. All consumers who are subject to sales or use tax pay this fee. Sales to schools, government agencies, and non-profit organizations are not exempt. The fee, which is not taxable, is determined by the screen size, measured diagonally. For monitors between 4 inches and 15 inches, the fee is $6.00. If the monitor is 15 inches to 35 inches, the fee is $8.00. If the monitor is more than 35 inches, the fee is $10.00.
