Billing Information Inconsistent With Credit Card Records
If the billing information you provided varies from the credit card issuer's records, we will need telephone verification before the order can be shipped. This may or may not cause a delay in your order process while we work with your credit card issuer. |
Shipping Address Differs From Billing Address, Not on File with Credit Card Issuer
ZipZoomfly requests that you add the shipping address to your credit card issuer's records; this not only expedites processing times significantly, but also helps protect our customers from fraud. Orders shipped to addresses that differ from the listed billing address require telephone verification before the order can be shipped. You will receive a phone call from us, or an email with further instructions to continue processing your order. |
High Value Order Requires Additional Information
Complete and valid contact information must be provided for all orders. For orders of significant value, signed and dated purchase orders may be required by fax upon request. |
Inaccurate Shipping Address
An inaccurate shipping address can cause delays in delivery, and orders with significant address errors or addresses unrecognizable by carriers cannot ship. After discovering an address error, we will request the correct information by telephone or email. |
Item Requires Processing Time
These additional lead-times are specified in the product information pages. Should your order contain items with additional lead-times, your partial order will be shipped according to the method you chose, and the remaining item(s) will be shipped to you as they are received by our warehouse, at no additional charge. |
Backordered Items
For items that are backordered for more than one business day, notification via email will be sent along with the products estimated arrival time if available. |
Shipping Carrier Delays
While we use only the most reliable carriers to service our customers, their delivery methods and schedules are ultimately out of our control. Holiday Season Rush
The busiest time of the year for all retail and shipping companies lies between Thanksgiving and Christmas. Shipping companies often do not guarantee any shipment scheduled for delivery during the last two to three weeks of December.
