Account Features

As a registered customer, you'll receive great deals on hot new products and enjoy exclusive discounts. You can also save your shipping and billing information for faster, easier checkout when you return.

Your Login Information

Make sure to keep your username and password in a safe place. To change your password, simply log in to your account with your user name and current password, and click the Change Password link on your account page. If you lose your password information, send us a password request and we will issue you a new, temporary password.

Use the Log Out button to make sure all your private information is cleared before you leave the computer. This is especially important if you are using a public computer, for instance at school or at a library.

  • Create your wish list and let your friends and family know what you are hoping for
  • Check order status and track your shipments
  • Save and update your billing, shipping and password information
  • Submit your reviews of ZipZoomfly
  • Sign up to earn spendable points with each purchase


Wish List

ZipZoomfly's Wish List feature allows you to create a registry of products to help your friends and family shop for you. Whether it's for a birthday, graduation, or some other special day, this is the way to make sure that you receive what you want!

To start your wish list, register for a ZipZoomfly account and log in! As you are browsing our online store, you will notice an "Add to Wish List" option on every product's detail page. Clicking the link will add the product to your wish list and take you to your wish list page so you can review and edit the items if necessary. Once you are satisfied, inform your loved ones! Have them visit the Wish List page and enter your account's registered email address. Please note that items they purchase off of your wish list will be sent to your registered shipping address, so make sure the address is current!

Saving Your Shopping Cart

We know that sometimes it is necessary to leave in the middle of a shopping trip; by saving your shopping cart, you can come back when you are able and pick up right where you left off!

To Save Your Shopping Cart:
  • Make sure you are on the shopping cart page. To access this page, click View Cart in the upper right hand corner.
  • From your shopping cart page, locate the field "Cart Title", located in the middle of the page, directly below the "Calculate Shipping Charge".
  • Enter a name for your cart in the field and click "Save Shopping Cart."
Now your cart will be saved for your return!
To view your saved shopping cart, simply log in to your account via the "My Account" tab at the top of the site and click the "Saved Shopping Carts" link in your profile section.


Save Multiple Shopping Carts

You can create multiple shopping carts for different occasions. Fill one cart with everything you need for your entertainment system, one for your family's home office, and another cart for your holiday gift shopping.


About Your Saved Shopping Cart

Shopping carts will be saved for 90 days. If an item in your cart is unavailable upon your return, it will show as "Back Ordered" in the Saved Cart. Upon clicking on "Checkout with This Cart," these back ordered items will be automatically removed from your purchase. All prices in the shopping cart update automatically to reflect current prices. Saved shopping carts are for your convenience during your return visits; they do not guarantee product availability or a commitment to sell you the product at a given price.


Missing Email?

Were you expecting an email from us that never showed up? If we sent you an order confirmation, a verification request, a response to a question you asked our customer service representatives, or other email inquiry or notification, they contain important information regarding your order and your account.

The most common reason customers do not receive our email is because they are blocked by their ISP or personal email program. If you suspect that one of these is happening, check your email program's spam folder and filter settings first. To ensure that your email program never blocks or deletes these emails, add ZipZoomfly to your friends list or white list. If it is not your email program's settings, contact your ISP to adjust their email filter.

If you blocked ZipZoomfly to avoid receiving our newsletter or promotions, but still want to receive important emails regarding your purchases, simply Unsubscribe from our Newsletter and change your account's settings to re-allow our mail.

After you have made the necessary adjustments, you can contact our customer service team to resend the missed email.


Fly Rewards Program: Earn points and Save.

How It Works

Earn points towards Rewards Certificates and use them to purchase thousands of items and gifts on Wrapables.com. Here's how:


1. Sign In

You must have a ZipZoomfly Account to participate. Check the "I want to enroll for Fly Rewards, the ZipZoomfly rewards program!" box when you create an account to earn points for every successful transaction you complete!
If you already have a ZipZoomfly account, log into your account and click "Enroll Now for Fly Rewards" on the member center page. Once you are enrolled, you can accrue points with your purchases!


2. Earn Points

Sit back end enjoy watching your free points roll in with every successful order!
Earn 1 point for every dollar you spend on CPU, memory, hard drive and flash memory products
Earn 2 points for every dollar you spend: for all other products!


3. Redeem Your Rewards

Once you earn enough points, redeem them for rewards certificates. The more points you have, the larger certificate you can redeem!

Fly Rewards points are valid for one (1) year from the date of your last successful purchase. To redeem your Fly Rewards points, go to your Reward Catalogue and select the certificate of your choice! Redeemed Reward certificates are valid for 90 days after the date of issuance.
