Accounting Manager: Back to Top

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the general accounting processes including supervising staff and streamlining processes within the department. Solid experience in reconciliation, GL, FS, & audits required; Solid knowledge of accounting principles & compliance, SBT knowledge, computer skills including MS Office and supervisory experience required. B.A. / B.S. in Accounting/ Finance & CPA certification essential.

Processes and audits credit transactions. Performs accounts payable functions. Assists in the preparation of financial statements. Performs inventory control reporting. Balances and reconciles accounts. Communicates with vendors. Minimum of 6 months of accounting experience. Experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook). Experience with accounting software (SBT, QuickBooks, Oracle, or Peachtree).

Receive inbound and place outbound telephone calls and perform data entry. Provide online customer support for the shipment and delivery of our products. Perform account maintenance and resolve discrepancies. Process RMA requests. Minimum of one year customer service experience within a call center environment. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and the Internet.

Develop website content to market our products. Develop affiliations and networks with the media and public. Provide marketing research through collection and analysis. Formulate marketing strategies to promote product awareness. Create rebates and special promotions. Minimum of one year experience in Marketing, Advertising, or Public Relations. B.A. /B.S. degree required. Experience in web design and development, such as HTML, Dreamweaver, Adobe Photoshop, Javascript, and Flash.

Sets up, configures and supports int./ext. networks, PCs, servers; and troubleshoots network performance issues. Support internal users for resolving computer S/W, H/W, and LAN/WAN related issues. Audit system/network security. Minimum of 5+ years experience in network or system administration. B.S. degree in Computer Science, CIS, MIS, or related IT field. Experience with DHCP, DNS, Email service, Exchange 5.5, CISCO routers/firewalls, IDS, VPN, and Veritas netbackup.

Conduct market analyses and evaluate sales. Forecast trends and develop resolutions to sustain market competitiveness and establish new opportunities. Research and provide recommendations for new marketing layouts for website banners and features. Minimum of one year experience in related Sales, Purchasing, or Retailing. B.A. /B.S. degree required. Place outbound telephone calls to our customers and perform data entry. Daily verification of our customer call list. Processing orders including editing and verifying purchases. Respond and resolve inbound calls and e-mails. Minimum of 3 months of related customer service experience. Excellent data entry experience. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and the Internet.

Package, wrap, and ship outgoing materials and products. Count items for shipment and verifies quantities from shipment orders and packaging logs. Minimum of 3 months of experience in a warehouse or inventory stockroom. Ability to work in a fast-pace, diverse, and rapidly changing environment.

Designing and developing Internet and Intranet web-based applications. Develop and implement data structures. Code and test SQL Server database applications. Experience with server/client side Java, XML, HTML, Oracle, PL/SQL, stored procedures, and Weblogic.

Design and execute creative graphic design and layout of website while maintaining a consistent online corporate image. Designs and implements compelling visuals, spreadsheets and graphics to enhance communications impact. 2-4 years commercial website design and development required (candidates must provide examples of work). Hands-on proficiency with HTML, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, Java Scripting, CGI scripting, Quark XPress, Adobe Acrobat and other on-line publishing vehicles as needed. Experience with Macromedia Flash and digital video in the Windows environment a plus. BS degree in Art or Design.
