A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by ZipZoomfly must accompany all returns, and be obtained no later than 30 days* from the date the product was shipped to you. After 30 days, all returns must be handled by the manufacturer or warranty provider. We recommend that you read through our full Sales Policy before requesting a RMA, as RMAs will only be issued for products meeting policy criteria.
