Program Terms and Conditions

Eligibility

Participation in Fly Rewards is free and open to all residents in the fifty U.S. States. Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of enrollment with a valid e-mail address. Membership offer void where prohibited by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Points can only be earned on the Fly Rewards account belonging to the individual making the purchase. Points may not be combined between accounts for any reason unless otherwise noted. Identification may be required.

Contractors or employees of ZipZoomfly, including that of its parents and subsidiaries, are not eligible to participate in the program.

Earning Points

To earn Points, members must log into their account at the time of each purchase.

Earn points for every dollar spent on shipped purchases, exclusive of any taxes and/or shipping charges, at www.zipzoomfly.com. You will earn:

• 1 points per $1: for all CPU, Memory, Hard Drive or Flash Memory products
• 2 points per $1: for all other products

Points earned are rounded up to the nearest dollar spent. Purchases of gift certificates or unauthorized/fraudulent transactions will not earn points. There is no limit to the number of points a member can earn. Points have no cash value. After twelve months of account inactivity, any unused points will automatically expire. It is the member's responsibility to track the expiration date of their rewards points.

Points cannot be earned on purchase(s) made using promotional or coupon codes, store credit, gift certificates or any other discounts. Points will also not be earned for Unauthorized or Fraudulent transactions. Any returned and refunded merchandise will have the appropriate points adjusted in the account, including any bonus points that were offered at the time of purchase, without prior notification.

Redemption

Fly Reward points are valid for 1 year from the date of the last successful purchase date. Points can be earned to redeem Reward Certificates for use in purchasing thousands of items available on Wrapables.com. Reward certificates redeemed are valid for 90 days after the date of issuance.

Program Changes and Termination

ZipZoomfly.com may, at its sole discretion, change program rules, benefits, terms, conditions and limitations, or cancel the program entirely at any time without prior notification. If ZipZoomfly terminates Fly Rewards, any remaining, unused point balances will be forfeited.

Members may also elect to terminate participation in the program by logging into their account. Once a member's participation is terminated, all points in member's account will be immediately forfeited and points can no longer be earned for future purchases.

Privacy

Program membership lists will be used by ZipZoomfly.com and its Program partners for marketing purposes or to send information regarding offers or updates to its members. ZipZoomfly uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology to secure our website. Privacy & Security Policy is available here.

Passwords

It is the member's own responsibility to safeguard his or her login and password. We will assume that any order(s) placed using member's login and password is by the member or an authorized personnel of the member, and we will not take any responsibility for orders shipped. If a member feels their account has been victimized by fraud activity, the member must promptly inform ZipZoomfly so necessary actions can be taken to secure the account.

Disclaimers

Fly Rewards program is administered by Loyalty Lab. Member hereby releases ZipZoomfly, Loyalty Lab, and any other associated parties from all liability in conjunction with Fly Rewards. Member also permits us to share your information as necessary to fulfill our obligations as part of these Terms and Conditions. Members are also responsible for determining any tax liability arising from participation in the Program. We are not responsible for errors and/or omissions in any Program document.
