How do i join? If you are an existing customer of ZipZoomfly and wish to join the rewards program, simply login and go to the Member Center - Fly Rewards section to enroll in the rewards program. You can also access your rewards details and any special offers in this section.
If you do not have an existing ZipZoomfly account and wish to enroll in Fly Rewards, simply go to our registration page to create an account and make sure to check "Yes! I want to enroll in Fly Rewards now".
How do i check my points balance? You must log into your account to see your points balance. At the right of the page, you will see the "Fly Rewards" section. Click on the link to access your Rewards Account.
Can i earn points for orders placed prior to becoming a Rewards member? Points are awarded for purchases made after you become a member of Fly Rewards. Sign Up today and start earning points for your purchases.
Why was my last order not reflected in my points balance? Please allow up to two 48 hours or (2) business days for your points to be reflected on your account. Your newly earned points will then be shown under "Points Pending".

What are the advantages of becoming a Rewards member? As a member of Fly Rewards, you will earn points for purchase(s) made from ZipZoomfly.com. Points are redeemable for Wrapables.com certificates and can be used to purchase any of the thousands of gifts on Wrapables.com
In addition, you will receive exclusive discounts and offers only for Fly Rewards members.
How much does it cost to become a rewards member? Nothing! There is no cost to join the Rewards Program. It is open to all United States residents 18 and older. Please refer to our Terms and Agreements for more information.
Are points transferable? No. Points are not transferable between accounts. For any special circumstances or questions, please contact ZipZoomfly's Customer Service at service@zipzoomfly.com.
How to opt out of the Rewards Program? What are the ramifications? To opt out of the Rewards Program, you must first log into your ZipZoomfly account. On the right of the Member Center, you will see the "Rewards Summary" box. From there, you may choose to opt-out of the rewards program.
Once you opt out of the Rewards Program, all unused points will be forfeited. If you wish to re-enroll back in the Rewards Program, points will begin at zero.
